EVENT TICKET REFUND POLICY
Tickets purchased for Purgatory events are non-refundable for change of mind or if you are unable to attend. If you can no longer attend, please contact Purgatory as soon as possible. Where an event is sold out and there is a waiting list, we may, at our discretion, assist in reallocating your ticket to another approved Purgatory member. Tickets may not be sold, transferred or allocated to another person without prior approval from Purgatory. If an event is cancelled by Purgatory, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
