We encourage you to wear your favourite erotic or fetish gear, basic black or latex, whatever your fantasy or kink. Wear it in or change on arrival, we provide complimentary secure lockers. There is never any pressure to play or dress down.
PLAY
There is no right or wrong way to play at Purgatory theDUNGEON, as long as it is safe and consensual. Each person has their own level of play and their own fetish, so do it your way, remembering that BDSM is personal to each individual. Be mindful in offering well-meant suggestions about others’ play techniques.
EQUIPMENT and HYGIENE
Purgatory theDUNGEON provides fascinating and elaborate play equipment, please bring your own toys. When using our equipment, please be respectful. When play is completed, please use the disinfectant provided to clean the equipment, ensuring you leave the play area hygienic and ready to be enjoyed by others. Do not touch others’ toys without their permission.
SCENE IN PROGRESS
Please do not distract or touch others whilst in scene, being sure not to invade the play space. You may watch if invited or if play is in an open area, always watching from a distance. Never join a scene, unless invited.
WHAT PURAGTORY PROVIDE
We provide lockers with keys, tea, coffee, soft drinks and light finger food. Towels and bathroom amenities like body wash and deodorant are also provided.
WHAT TO BRING & BYO
We recommend you bring your toys, ropes and any play gear you require. You may BYO Alcohol in very limited quantities – Our events are not for “partying”.
PHONES AND PHOTOGRAPHY
We encourage you to put your phone in your locker upon arrival, this ensures you are present and fully immerse yourself in the experience.
If you have permission from everyone involved, you may take pictures of play scenes .
If required, you may use your phone downstairs, however, management may ask to see your phone, including images to ensure the safety and anonymity of other guests.
DRUG USE
We have a zero tolerance policy toward illicit drugs. Anyone found to be using, promoting or distributing drugs , will be removed and permanently banned.
NON-POLITICAL
Purgatory theDUNGEON is NON-POLITICAL. Please leave all scene politics and personal likes/dislikes at the door. Manners and respect for others are mandatory. Ill mannered, disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
ANONYMITY
Purgatory theDUNGEON holds all information about its members and visitors in the strictest confidence and requires its members and visitors to do the same.
REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable. This includes late arrivals, late cancellations and no-shows.
It is your responsibility to inform us of your inability to attend your scheduled event and ensure you have all the information required to do so. Please reach out no later than 24hrs prior to your event if you are unsure of any details you need.
Tickets are non-transferable, unless otherwise discussed with us. We may, at our discretion, offer to transfer your tickets to another event.
In the event that we need to cancel an advertised event you already have a ticket for, we will allocate your ticket to another event, or refund your payment.
A statement about DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence can take many forms – physical abuse, isolation, outright or subtle psychological and emotional abuse, economic control, sexual abuse and destruction of personal property.
